Mr. Berkhuysen graduated in 1965 from the Technological University
of Delft, Holland with M.Sc. in Mining Engineering (Petroleum
Engineering & Economics - major). He has more than 35 years
of working experience in the petroleum industry worldwide to his
credit. 1965-70, Petroleum Engineer and Petrophysicist with Brunei
Shell (Shell International Petroleum Mij). 1970-79, Area Manager
Austral-Asia & Iran with AKZO Chemicals (Industrial Colloids).
1979-82, General Manager of Waterwell Drilling Division of Cebo
Holland bv. 1982 - Present, Managing Director, BDC International
bv, Holland, with offices in Schiedam Holland, Krakow Poland,
Czech Republic and Germany (JV with Phrikolat GmbH). John is also
one of the Directors of Currentage Petroleum Exploration Ltd.,
Pakistan and Best Drilling Chemicals Ltd., Pakistan.
During 1992, BDC Int’l bv. invested in CIML and John was
appointed as a Director in the Company on behalf of the BDC and
subsequently, he was elected as a Chairman Board of Directors
of CIML.
Bashir

Mr. Nadeem is the founder of the Company. He holds Masters degrees
in Mathematics and Business Administration and Professional Diploma
in Quality Management. Moreover, he has attended many training
& development programs on entrepreneurship, project management,
marketing management and supply chain management, etc. from the
reputed local and foreign training institutions. After having
a working experience of over 14 years in the industry Bashir has
groomed himself as a specialist in Business Development &
Marketing Management and SCM Project Management. Also he is an
active member of Pakistan Petroleum Exploration & Production
Companies Association (PPEPCA), Society of Petroleum Engineers
(SPE), Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) and
Islamabad & Rawalpindi Golf Clubs.
As Managing Director & CEO, Bashir provides leadership to
the Company using sound strategic management techniques for the
organizational growth & change management. Mr. Nadeem is also
one of the Directors & Co-owners of Currentage Petroleum Exploration
Ltd., Presson-Descon International Ltd. and Best Drilling Chemicals
Ltd.
Mrs. Bashir is one of the Shareholders & Directors of CIML.
She holds Ph.D. degree in Organic/Petroleum Geochemistry, and
has more than 5 years of research experience of geochemical studies
& hydrocarbon chemistry to her credit. Also she has attended
many international conferences, seminars and training programmes
on petroleum exploration & production and presented her research
papers in the conferences.
At Currentage, Dr. Bashir is responsible for undertaking Petroleum
Exploration and Geochemical Services offered under the Supply
Chain Management Division of the Company.
Mr. Ahmed holds M.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences and MBA degree
(major in Marketing & Project Management). He brings more
than 10 years of experience in Marketing, Supply Chain Management,
Database Management and Logistics Management to his position.
He has also attended various management-training programs related
to his job function.
As a Project Manager, Zaim is responsible for Sourcing and Sales
& Supply Projects of Oil & Gas Field Equipment/Services
under the Supply Chain Management Division of the Company.
Mr. Ali is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has over fifteen
years of experience serving in managerial positions with the leading
private sector organizations in Pakistan. This experience covers
finance, accounts, taxation, internal audit, corporate secretarial
practice and administration. He has also completed four years
article-ship with A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants
and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries
of Pakistan (FCIS).
As Manager of Finance & Corporate Division, Mazhar is responsible
for Accounting & Financial Management, Audit & Controls
and Taxation. He is also responsible for all statutory and corporate
matters of the Company.
Mr. Iqbal holds Bachelors degree in Computer Science, He is Certified
MCP and has attended a number of IT related courses including
ICND (CCNA), OCP, etc. He has more than six years of working experience
in the field of Information Technology including development of
Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) on different plateform
(Oracle, MS Access), LAN/WAN and Internet Protocol (IP) addressing
and Subnetting.
At Currentage, Fahad is responsible for smooth operations and
maintenance of the MIS Division and capacity building in the field
of IT for the Company.
